Listings come from the Portale Vendite Pubbliche of the Italian Ministry of Justice and are republished for information. We are not the seller and we do not run the auction.
The data is refreshed automatically and may be incomplete or out of date: before any binding bid everything must be checked on the court's official listing, which is linked from every entry.
Our own workings — value estimates, refurbishment costs, potential margins, classification of the type of ownership — are indicative and not guaranteed. Buying at a judicial auction carries its own risks: hidden defects, the cost of obtaining vacant possession, unpredictable timescales.
